Sunday only Russell Bridge to Whitby shuttle using Arriva's loco hauled set and EWS Class 37/4's. Freight operations consist of various types of traffic into and out of the docks branch (Intermodal, Cars, Metals, Potash, Nuclear Fuels, coal & Oil for Maritime use).  Also traffic to and from  Russell Bridge metals processing works and enterprise services feeding the local industrial estate
