On this page you will find links to some superb 'OO Gauge' modern image layouts all of which have used some of the items available from 'Modern Structures in Miniature' as well as some links to other useful products for your Modern Image railway.

Holland Park  Nick Gurney's new layout that has replaced Dyserth Road is a large container terminal featuring two wDCC operated container cranes.  Cars from the Cararama range along with Portacabins from Knightwing and containers (of which there are 150+) and transfers which are from the C=Rail range sold by Modern Structures in Miniature.

Dyserth Road  by Nick Gurney represents a small EWS stabling and fuel point somewhere in the North West and features plenty of Pikestuff kits that have been customized to represent modern industrial and retail units. Cars from the Cararama range and trucks from Schuco can also be seen, along with Portacabins and fuel point from Knightwing.

Shopleigh  by Simon Martin represents modern day operation, and is set in a urban location, somewhere to the north of London. A regular commuter service, mainly made up of DMU's such as 158's 159's and 166's can be seen, in a range of operator liveries, and sharing the two platform station. The layout has vehicles from the Cararama and Shuco range along with accessories from Knightwing.

Signs of the Times  are a recent and useful addition of accessories that add a detailing finishing touch to model railway layouts, vehicles and dioramas. The range consists of everyday modern signage that is often taken for granted because of it's very familiarity. Applying these signs to the lineside can enhance a model and bring it to life.

Gloucester EM Gauge Group  if you like the BR Blue era in the 1970's this is the site for you it feature photographs of the layouts and models of the Gloucester EM Gauge Group.
